We offer building surveys (formerly known as structural surveys), Homebuyer survey reports (HBR's) and Condition reports (a simplified version of the HBR). We also undertake valuations on behalf of all the major lenders and offer this service to buyers who do not need a mortgage.
For Sellers
We offer energy performance certificates, which are compulsory from the 1st August 2007 and all the surveys available to buyers.
