Residential (Buyers)

Building Surveyors north London we undertake both Building Surveys (formerly known as Structural Surveys) and Homebuyer reports. We also undertake valuations on behalf of all the major lenders and offer this service to buyers who do not need a mortgage. Party Wall advice is offered both pre-sale and to existing home owners undertaking building work.

 

Commercial

We undertake Pre-Acquisition surveys or Condition Surveys for annexation to a new lease and commentary on the lease plan. We also offer Contract Administration where refurbishment of Commercial Premises is required prior to occupancy and Dilapidations advice and schedules.

 

For both Residential and Commercial

We generally operate in the north and north west London post codes of N1 to N22 and Enfield / Barnet post codes of EN1 to EN6 and bordering postcodes to these.
